Combining banking expertise with a passion for collecting and supporting young artists, Serge Tiroche has been introducing innovative collecting models for over a decade.

Established in 2008, START is the first art incubator project in Israel. It aims to assist artists, curators and collectors take their first steps, and to promote Israeli art internationally. The collection comprises some 1000 works.

In 2011, Serge co-founded Art Vantage with Russ DeLeon - an innovative art fund that promotes transparency in the art world via the Tiroche DeLeon Collection - focused exclusively on artists from developing countries.

Africa First was founded by Serge Tiroche in 2017 as a platform to support and promote Contemporary Art from the continent. An active collector of African Contemporary art for over a decade, he decided to focus his private collecting and the residency program in Israel on emerging artists from Africa and its diaspora.
